Why this all started...
PintMeisters founders Dennis Gaynor, Dan Mathisen, Brendan Drury
PintMeisters is the brainchild of Brendan Drury, Dennis Gaynor and Dan Mathisen, all from Verona, NJ. One night the three of us decided to form this group in an effort to organize frequent social gatherings for young people to go and enjoy their youth. Essentially, the plan is to meet, mingle and maximize our opportunities to experience some variety and fun. It is important to note that, although we are the founders of PintMeisters, all members are considered equal and all have a say as it pertains to the direction we go with our events, donations and as a whole. Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed and can be implemented by us - the original PintMeisters, or triumvirate, if you will.
The ultimate goal is to reach a point where our organization can use its status to contribute to local charities, on both small and large scales. While all PintMeisters events are focused on maximizing the enjoyment of all members and attendees, we feel it would be a bit selfish on our part to spend so much time hosting events for ourselves without giving something back to causes much greater than our own. Think of it as "partying while keeping a little perspective". That is why our gatherings purposely come at a minimal cost to all who attend. For all events, donations of any nomination you see fit are strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. Your only obligation as a PintMeisters member is to enjoy yourself as much as possible.
We want to stress that, as the founders of PintMeisters, we receive absolutely no profit from any functions. Our benefit from all this is the same as all other members - to enjoy ourselves in a variety of social settings, while hopefully doing some good for others as well.
Our website, www.PintMeisters.com is updated frequently with pictures, upcoming events and charity information. Gaining membership is both easy and free. There are no restrictions when it comes to joining. If any of these ideas strike you as fun and/or interesting we welcome your membership and look forward to seeing you at our next event.
